1. About Traveling My Way (TMW)

TMW is a platform that helps travelers and nomads connect, no matter where you are in your journey, through different programs and resources:

• 1:1 Calls with Top Advisors: We make it easier to discover authentic advice and book time with the right people.

• TMW Tribe: A community hub where, through shared conversations on different topics, thoughtful events hosted by and for travelers and nomads, and small, intimate coffee chats, we nurture spaces for meaningful interactions and connections, finding helpful advice and opportunities to network.

• Directory, Events and Map: A space showcasing travelers, content creators, professionals, and spaces that truly embrace the slow travel and conscious nomading lifestyle, with a strong focus on community.

• Co‑Created Posts and True Stories: This is the TMW vibe—having the option to create with others, learn from each other, find support, and connect from the core.

2. How Our Platform Works

TMW is a connector platform for travelers and nomads, both experts and novices. We aim to create an active space where the community amplifies diverse voices. We do not provide advice directly.

• 1:1 Calls Top Advisors Program: All calls, bookings, and payments (if any) happen directly between the traveler and the advisor. See the TMW Top Advisor Program Guidelines [link here].

• Directory, Events and Map: We provide a tool for everyone to discover and connect with travelers, content creators, professionals, and spaces that align with the traveler and nomad mindset. TMW is not related to the services offered and does not handle payments, refunds, or disputes.

• Co‑Created Posts and Stories: All co‑created resources are available for everyone to access. Every co‑creator is credited, quoted, and linked. Your stories and insights are the heart of these resources. TMW does not handle payments, refunds, or disputes.

All information shared on TMW is for informational purposes only.

3. Email Collection and Privacy

• By submitting any form on the TMW site, you may choose to receive emails from TMW.

• In the Top Advisor Program, you may also choose to have your email shared with participating advisors. This is optional and explained in the TMW Top Advisor Program Guidelines [link here].

• Advisors may receive booking‑related emails and community updates if you opt in.

• You can unsubscribe from TMW emails at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

TMW is not responsible for advice, interactions, or outcomes from calls with advisors, any events or activities on the platform, or information shared on any posts, stories, or resources. Your participation is voluntary, and any travel or business decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using TravelingMyWay.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Community Guidelines

TravelingMyWay.com is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive community. Please refer to the TMW Tribe Community Guidelines [link here] as they become available.

7. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Contributors retain ownership of their original content. By submitting co‑created stories or other contributions for sharing on TMW, you grant TMW a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content across our platforms.
