1. Introduction Welcome to the Traveling My Way Partnership Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for the Partnership Program, partners must meet the criteria set by Traveling My Way, including but not limited to having a proven track record in the travel or  remote work industry.

3. Partnership Benefits Partners will receive various benefits, including  marketing support, and participation in joint promotional activities.

4. No Invoicing Policy Traveling My Way operates on a no invoicing policy. All transactions and payments will be processed through our secure online platform. Partners are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made

promptly and in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Responsibilities of Partners Partners are expected to:

• Promote Traveling My Way’s services in a positive and professional manner.
• Adhere to all marketing guidelines provided by Traveling My Way.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

6. Termination Traveling My Way reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if the partner fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any conduct that is detrimental to the interests of Traveling My Way.

7. Confidentiality Partners must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by Traveling My Way and must not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability Traveling My Way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the partnership.

9. Amendments Traveling My Way reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
